We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The hosts, Victoria and Portley, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view of the river. We loved being able to just lie on the bed and watch the beautiful scenery. The shower was also great. There were wonderful walks right outside the door for our dog, who was also made very welcome. The location was ideal as we were visiting friends in the village, and there were lovely walks along the canal. The breakfast provided plenty of choice and was delicious. Victoria even came in to make sure everything was okay, which was a really nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as a lack of wardrobe in my room and the need for a larger fridge for longer stays, I had a fantastic experience overall. I would highly recommend Riverbank Guest House to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the area.

I opted for the cooked breakfast, which was an excellent choice as it really set me up for the day ahead. the standard breakfast of tea, coffee, toast, muffins, and jam was also a nice touch. the hosts were welcoming and normal people, making my stay even more pleasant. the location was perfect, with a local pub serving food just a stone's throw away and a peaceful morning walk along the river to watch the sunrise. I will definitely be going back!

Our room, number 8, was spacious and had a stunning view of the river Ouse and church. The beds were comfortable, the shower was superb, and there were plenty of towels and hot water. The host, Victoria, was friendly and accommodating. The free parking and nearby village pub were added bonuses. a very enjoyable stay.

our second stay in wiggenhall saint germans was even more delightful than the first, thanks to our incredible anniversary celebration at this charming guest house. from the peaceful location and stunning river view to the warm welcome from victoria and her adorable dog, every moment exceeded our expectations. the comfortable bed, refreshing shower, and delicious continental breakfast made our stay unforgettable.
