riverdale hall hotel & leisure in bellingham surpassed my expectations during my recent city holiday. the modern and comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking the river were a highlight. the friendly staff and delicious breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable.

One small issue - tv remote didn't work.

The staff, particularly a helpful and attentive young woman named Emily, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the comfortable rooms, clean bedding, and good heating. The hotel also provided plenty of parking and a quiet environment.

We felt truly looked after during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms, although in need of a general update, were comfortable and clean, with lovely views of the surrounding area. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious and satisfying.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have a wider variety of vegetarian options on the menu. All was okay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel located in the beautiful North Tyne valley. The staff were friendly, amenable, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside, truly immersing guests in the natural beauty of the area.

Noise disturbances were the only downside, but overall, it was a great stay.

Very friendly staff, spacious room with tea and coffee facilities, nice bathroom with shower, pool and sauna available, ample breakfast.

Loved the cozy atmosphere, especially the roaring fire in the lounge. the staff was so welcoming, and the food was amazing. the two-course Christmas dinner was delicious, and the breakfast options were diverse. the best aspect of this hotel is the location - it's nestled in a beautiful countryside area and a short walk away from the town center, which has all the amenities you need. the hotel offered free parking, which was a huge plus.

The room was a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, which could use some modernization. the swimming pool area was not very inviting - the pool itself was quite small, and the lighting wasn't great.
