We had a fantastic stay with stunning views of the harbor and sea. The hotel's location was excellent, right on the waterfront and in the center of the town. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great choice offered. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

We had a fantastic family getaway at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right on the estuary overlooking the sea. The views from our room were breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selection was extensive, with something for everyone. We also enjoyed the hotel's beer garden in the evening, a perfect spot to relax and soak in the views.

The reception area could use a bit of a facelift to create a more inviting atmosphere.

My room had a breathtaking view of the sea. Even though the hotel had some maintenance issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right by the sea.

Excellent location, overlooking river, harbour, coastline, and town. Room with ensuite walk-in shower. Attentive staff, warm and friendly welcome.

The location of the property was unbeatable, with stunning views all around. Our room at Rock House was clean and comfortable, and we even had our own private patio accessed through the garden. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a variety of options for breakfast, including a delicious full English. the hotel was within walking distance of both Lynmouth and Lynton, allowing us to explore the Valley of Rocks and take the cable car between the two towns. it was a pretty place to stay.

Great sea views, attentive staff, convenient parking. Lovely walk to watersmeet and steep but stunning hike to town. Sun trap garden and onsite bar/lounge. No disturbance despite upgrades. Delicious breakfast and filling dinner. Thank you, Tim, for making us feel at home!

The property was right by the sea with beautiful views. Clean and comfortable rooms. Private patio in front of our room. Friendly and helpful staff. Variety and delicious full English breakfast. Walking distance to Lynmouth and Lynton. Convenient access to Valley of Rocks and cable car.

I recently stayed at this place and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town and on the shore. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The service was top-notch, from the friendly welcome drink upon arrival to the helpful staff who were always available to assist. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved the cozy sitting area and the garden furniture outside. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. It was truly a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience. The staff were attentive and the facilities were excellent.

We had a great time during our romantic escape thanks to the amazing views from our room. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us fresh towels daily. the restaurant was lovely and had a wide selection of dishes to choose from. the parking was convenient and we had no trouble finding a spot near the entrance.

The room was quite small and felt stuffy at times. the air conditioning was not very effective and could have been better.
