The menu for the evening meal was excellent and beautifully presented. the rooms on the ground floor were perfect for my husband, who has difficulty with stairs. the wet room facility was also a great addition. the location was very convenient for easy access to and from the A1, and the tastefully decorated bar and outside area added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The food on the first night was poor, with tasteless soup and a tough brisket pie. the prices of food and drink were also higher than expected.

The value for money was exceptional, with all the amenities and the overall experience exceeding my expectations.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable for my preference, but it didn't ruin my stay. Additionally, my eggs were slightly overcooked during breakfast, but I didn't mention it and I'm sure the staff would have corrected it if I had.
