Beautiful apartment! Spotlessly clean, everything provided, extras provided too tea, coffee, and mini toiletries! Great location. The host was very prompt to answer any questions I had, very helpful. Like a home from home!

To me overall presentation includes the outside of the premises as well. There doesn't appear to be any attempt to look after the outside of the premises.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the seafront view was amazing. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essential amenities, including complimentary toiletries. I appreciated having tea bags and biscuits available, and the fact that there was even a washing machine with detergent provided. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to both the beach and restaurants.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the seafront apartment in Sunderland. The communication with the host was excellent, allowing us to check in late at night without any restrictions. Despite the grey and wet weather, the views from the apartment were amazing. We also discovered some great restaurants with beautiful views, and even found the perfect spot for brunch. I have stayed at the neighboring flat before and was thrilled to come back. The apartment was clean, had a lovely view of the harbor, and convenient parking for one car. The area had plenty of nice restaurants, coffee shops, and a beautiful beach for walking.

We stayed at Roker Seafront for the Great North Run and it was the perfect base for runners. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had amazing sea views. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were high spec. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The location was ideal, with great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We would definitely book again if we're back in the area.

My stay at the seafront apartment was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the owner was there to greet us within minutes. The size of the apartment was pleasantly surprising, and it was impeccably clean. Not to mention, the views from the apartment were breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the location was ideal, serving as a great base for us runners participating in the Great North Run. We especially enjoyed the dining area with its big bay window overlooking the sea. And for the nights when we wanted to eat out, there were fantastic restaurants just a few yards away. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I loved the amazing sea view from the apartment and the location was perfect, being just minutes away from the city and Newcastle. The parking facilities were great and the kitchen had everything I needed. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with complimentary toiletries and towels provided. The apartment had fantastic views of the sea and the lighthouse, creating a picturesque setting during my stay. The location was also ideal, with the harbor and chip shop just a short walk away. the free parking and dedicated space provided convenience and peace of mind.

One drawback was the squeaky floorboards, stairs, and doors, which made it difficult to move around quietly, especially with small children. Another negative was the dirty front door and steps, which gave a poor first impression.
