We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with great staff. The spa was a highlight, offering modern and clean facilities. The deluxe double room was lovely, with the added bonus of a bath TV. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast with its varied menu. The electric charging pod for vehicles was a thoughtful addition, although it could be better advertised. it was a fantastic experience.

The customer service at the hotel's restaurant needs improvement. Staff should be more attentive and communicative with their guests, ensuring cleanliness and offering suggestions for available food options.
