We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Room2 Chiswick Hometel. The reception area welcomed us with its warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor throughout the hotel was upbeat and colorful, creating a homely feel. The staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel valued and taken care of.

The stylish design and well-equipped studio room at Room2 Chiswick Hometel made for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the Chromecast feature on the TV, which allowed me to watch content from my own devices. The self-serve laundry was a great convenience as well. The hotel's location near Chiswick High Rd was perfect, with plenty of amenities and easy access to public transportation.

I loved the concept of this hotel! The room was well-designed with a kitchenette, allowing me to cater for myself during my stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability and local sourcing. I will definitely stay here again!

One minor issue I encountered was that the dustpan and brush were stored in the same cupboard as the kitchen items, which didn't seem very hygienic. It would have been nice to have some cleaning products provided for the pans as well.

I found that the door of the room didn't always automatically lock when leaving, which could be a potential security issue.

The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood with a metro station only minutes away. It is easy to explore the city as it is in the center of the village and just outside of the tube station. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi is fast.
