I recently stayed at The Scot for a weekend getaway. The hotel is in an ideal location, perfect for exploring the city. The decor is lovely, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff were all well-mannered and cheery, making our stay even more enjoyable. The bar area with its wood burner and comfy chairs was a great place to relax and have a drink. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and we also enjoyed a hearty lunch at the steakhouse restaurant. The Scot provided a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay at a fair price.

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-placed location of the hotel. Despite the laminate flooring in the rooms, the staff was kind enough to change our room to a more convenient first floor without us having to climb lots of stairs. we had a comfortable stay at The Scot.

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape and were not disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The location of the hotel was also perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the WiFi connectivity was not great, which was frustrating when we wanted to research local activities or plan our day.

Had a fantastic 4-night stay at a hotel in a great location near the shore front with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel had a spacious car park, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection. The newly refurbished room was comfortable, quiet, and had a super king size bed. The hotel also had WiFi and SKY sports on TV. highly recommended.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just steps away from the harbor and town center. We also appreciated the availability of parking, which is rare in Oban. The breakfast provided was fantastic, one of the best cooked ones we've had. we had a great stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and really got us into festive spirits. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the complementary champagne and chocolates that were offered upon our arrival. The location was great, with easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Our room was on the top floor and there was no lift, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms kept us up at night and made it difficult to relax.

The cleanliness and decor exceeded expectations. Refurbishment has taken place. Beautifully tiled bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Controllable heating. Convenient car park. Excellent breakfast. Efficient check-in/check-out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Oban. The room was spotlessly clean and had modern amenities, including a fabulous shower in the bathroom and a big, comfortable bed. I appreciated having a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the room. The staff, although busy manning the bar and reception, were always cheerful, polite, and helpful whenever I had a question. The hotel also offered free parking at the back, which was a great convenience. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern, conveniently located hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a luxurious shower room with fluffy white towels that were changed daily. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the hostess, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book again!
