the staff were incredibly friendly and even helped my friend with her twisted knee by providing ice. the room we had was clean and comfortable, recently refurbished with fresh carpets. the food at the bar restaurant was decent, and we particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely sun after a long day of walking. the location was perfect, right on the path of the West Highland Way. it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rowardennan. The location was stunning, right on the shores of Loch Lomond, offering beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially towards our dog. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a bar and restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals for dinner and breakfast. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the comfortable accommodations provided everything we needed. We were also impressed with the easy access to Ben Lomond, making it a perfect starting point for our hike.
