I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from all the shopping centers, restaurants, and the beach. I loved being able to easily explore the area. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a nice balcony to relax on. The swimming pool is really good, with warm water and plenty of sun loungers. The snack bar next to the pool is a great addition, offering tasty food and drinks. the hotel provides a great atmosphere for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and are taken care of.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is excellent as it's right next to the Yumbo centre, which has lots of everything for your entertainment. The pool was excellent, no issues with the sunbeds, that's a big plus for us. There's also a chute at the pool which was great fun. It was very convenient, close to Maspalomas dunes and to bars/shops/restaurants. The staff are a huge pro for this hotel, they are very attentive and friendly. They were very accommodating in fixing something for us and were very careful to place guests at the opposite end of the hotel where possible.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, as well as the excellent hotel facilities and convenient parking. The location was also a major highlight, as it was close to the shops and buzzing nightlife in this city. Additionally, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Great value for money, with excellent food and plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was immaculate and had plenty of coat hangers, a rare find in hotels. The pool and garden areas were well-maintained, reflecting the high standard of the hotel.

The food for breakfast could have been better, as it was not well-labelled and staff were unable to provide information about the dishes. It would have been helpful to have clearer signage and better organization in the breakfast area to avoid mixing utensils and ensure food safety.

Delicious food and excellent buffet choices. The fresh salads and desserts were to die for. The staff were friendly and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect, especially if you enjoy the Yumbo Centre. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel breakfast could be improved by keeping the hot food hotter.

We had a fabulous stay over the weekend! the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. the shower was fantastic, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. the hotel's location was excellent, with shops and supermarkets nearby, and the beach just a short walk away. We also appreciated the variety of food offered, catering to everyone's taste. One more advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and polite staff who made us feel well looked after.

There were a couple of things we didn't like. It was difficult to get a sun lounger in the sun as the pool area was quite cramped.

Courteous and efficient staff, nothing is a problem, enjoyable working environment. Welcoming check-in, informative staff, lovely rooms, well-maintained by friendly cleaning girls. Nice food in the dinner room, although some pool bar staff could be friendlier. an amazing stay with plans to return in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the nightlife and the adult-only pool was quiet and relaxing. The staff were amazing and always ready to help. The rooms were surprisingly quiet and comfortable, with soundproofed windows keeping out any noise. Plus, the food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh dishes to choose from.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. It is kept clean and tidy, and the service is top-notch.
