We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel for my partner's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service and made to feel relaxed. Our room had been recently refurbished and it was amazing! The modern decor and exquisite furnishings made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the spa pool and jacuzzi. It felt like being in an old Roman bath, with the added bonus of a steam room. The restaurant served delicious food and the cocktails were fantastic. we had a truly memorable experience and have already booked our next stay at this gem of a place.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, with beautiful gardens and surroundings. Our room, although separate from the main building, was perfect and the staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage.

The lady on the front desk was especially welcoming and even showed me to my lovely room. The hotel had excellent facilities and lots of added extras that made my stay even more special. The spa was truly wonderful, offering something for everyone, and the calming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel was just perfect. This place is truly a gem and I can't wait to come back.

The room and spa facilities were satisfactory, but the restaurant was a letdown. the menu was outdated and the food was bland and poorly cooked. the portion sizes were small, especially for the price. the service in the restaurant was disorganized and the staff seemed inexperienced. the lack of skill and training was evident throughout the hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was slow and filled with errors. the communication between the spa and hotel was lacking, causing confusion and inconvenience.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, including last summer, and I can honestly say that Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is fantastic. The location is great, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The facilities are top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. The reception staff were also pleasant to interact with. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Clean, calm, and quiet. Super friendly staff who took time to make us feel well-taken care of. Extremely relaxing and left feeling well-rested. Amazing upgrade to a master suite for our birthday and anniversary treat. Lovely breakfast and beautiful venue for a wedding. Typical a la carte food was nice for the price.

Staff amazing, facilities fabulous. Spa pools excellent, different jets relax muscles. Bartender created cocktails based on favorites, fantastic! Dinner mix-up, but handled well. Massage lovely, but service elsewhere better. Hotel staff lovely, some spa staff amazing. Room great, breakfast good. Grounds stunning, very relaxing. 👍
