I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - right next to Hyde Park and close to shopping and dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. I also appreciated the complimentary water in the room every night, a small but thoughtful touch.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. The shower setup in the bathroom was a bit awkward, as there was no separation from the rest of the room and it was easy to get water everywhere.

The hotel is located in a great residential neighborhood, close to many tourist sites and everything you might need in the city. The main restaurant is a bit pricey but offers excellent food and service. Rooms are spacious and modern, with well-designed bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and served by friendly staff. The bar area is cozy and the cashew nuts snacks a nice touch.

One staff member seemed unhelpful and not customer-oriented.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel right in front of the bus station. The park nearby was perfect for our evening walks. The room service menu had some interesting and delicious Singaporean dishes, thanks to the owner's background. The room cleaning staff went above and beyond by checking on our room twice a day. the facilities and amenities were great for our extended stay.

We stayed for three nights over New Year and I was very happy with all aspects of our stay. The friendly and helpful staff made sure everything was perfect. The location on top of Kensington High Street was ideal for shopping, dining, and visiting attractions like Albert Hall and Kensington Palace. The views from the top floor restaurant and cocktail lounge were amazing, and we even got a last-minute dinner reservation. The late check-out at 4pm was a nice bonus. Definitely worth the price!

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday and attend a concert in Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a priority clean for our room. The room itself had stunning views and was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions like Kensington Gardens. We regret not spending more time at this excellent hotel.

Great staff, from reception to room service. Sarah at reception was professional and made sure my room was ready early. The room service by Barbara was accompanied by a lovely conversation. Romeo was passionate about his job and made my stay memorable. The breakfast served by room service was fabulous and the table kept the food warm. The room size was perfect for three people. The bar in the hotel was also fabulous. the staff made me feel at home and they are the reason I would choose this hotel again.

The Royal Garden Hotel in London exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, with outstanding cleanliness throughout, including the bathroom. This venue is a luxurious heaven, with fantastic amenities. We enjoyed the high-quality treatments at the spa centre and indulged in a relaxing full body massage. The restaurant serves exceptional cuisine, and the in-room breakfast was a very satisfying experience. The hotel provided us with private facilities, including a classy bar/lounge area, where we were able to indulge in a refreshing cocktail. The location advantages were extraordinary; with many notable landmarks within a reachable walking distance.

There was only one minor issue we encountered during our stay; the coffee/tea in the lobby was not always hot, and it felt like it sat there for a while.
