We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a central location with beautiful decor. the staff were cheery and friendly, putting us in the Christmas spirit. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the green, and we had a peaceful night's sleep in the cozy, comfortable bed. the bathroom was superb, with a rain soak shower and plenty of space. the hotel also offered great amenities, including a mini fridge and kettle. Everything was impeccably clean, and the aesthetic and interior design were inspiring. We also enjoyed the fabulous bar and lounge, where the staff served superb food. the hotel's proximity to Westfield mall and the underground was convenient for us.

I recently stayed at The Hoxton in Shepherd's Bush for a gig at the nearby Empire. The location was perfect, only 100m away! The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I loved the buzzing vibe in the lobby. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast and the poached chicken and noodles for lunch were light and fresh. Room service was quick, and I appreciated the option to pre-order breakfast. The hotel also showed great consideration for recycling and sustainability. a great experience!

This hotel was located in the perfect spot for our city break. We were just a stone's throw away from the main venue where we were attending a concert. we really appreciated their efforts for recycling and their commitment to sustainability. the en-suite bathroom was spacious and the shower was exceptional. We were delighted to see fresh milk in the fridge instead of UHT cartons.

the wait staff at the café were not very attentive. Finally, the room we booked was a bit small and we had a close call with the television a few times.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The rooms offer a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, with extremely comfortable beds and bedding, as well as great showers. The interior design is also nice and modern.

Some of the room designs are not quite practical, with the shower doors not sealing tightly at the bottom, resulting in water leaking onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is right next to the metro and close to the tube. This makes it easy to travel to the center of London or other nice areas in just 30 minutes or less. The rooms are compact but comfortable, with great decor and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, having the renowned Chet Thai restaurant right in the hotel was a delightful bonus, as the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London.
