I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay and loved the cozy room with a small minibar and a mini radio that played great tunes! Unwinding at the delightful lounge or grabbing a drink at the bar was the perfect way to relax, but I did wish for a bit more space to stash my luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I recommend checking out the lovely decor! 😊

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The service at the restaurant during off-peak hours was appallingly slow. once I waited over an hour just for a cup of coffee. Additionally, the room door poorly insulated against noise, making it impossible to sleep through the sounds of guests chatting and walking in the hallways. It was frustrating to deal with these distractions during my stay.

i thought i was checking into a luxury hotel, but i received a poorly stocked mini fridge and room service that rang out. i almost woudl ve given a good review, but the plumbing issues ruined my stay. where's my complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences? feels like i was treated like anyone else, not the special guest i expected.

The hotel has potential with its chic decor and character, but i was appalled to find housekeeping was not automatically provided. i had to bloody ask every day! not to mention the weak wifi that made my work impossible. seriously, what gives?

Clean establishment with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Easy access to the tube makes traveling around London a breeze! Loved the efficient air conditioning and comfy bed (got great sleep).

I booked this place last minute for a little break, and boy,, it was a find! The room was clean and spacious, loved that it was just a quick walk to the shopping center,. The bar was lively and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Staff were friendly and always ready to help out.
