fantastic location, close to restaurants, pubs, and tours. Edinburgh is a lovely city with a rich history. Spacious apartment with everything needed for a great stay. Excellent transport system at low cost. Friendly locals.

Missing hot tub as advertised.

I had an EPIC stay in this apartment. The location was PERFECT - right in the heart of everything. I was quite close to the castle and within walking distance of all the attractions. The hotel facilities were modern, spacious, and clean. I loved the fact that I had so much more room than a hotel room. Being able to walk everywhere was a huge advantage - I didn't have to worry about transportation or parking. this apartment was central to everything and exceeded my expectations.

We loved the view overlooking the Royal Mile and enjoyed exploring the city on foot. The nearby restaurants, pubs, and attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. The cost of food, drink, transport, and tours was surprisingly low compared to other European cities. We felt welcomed by the proud and friendly locals. it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Royal Mile Mansions Apartment.

I stayed at Royal Mile Mansions Apartment for one night during my visit to Edinburgh. The location was superb, right in the city center, with amazing views from the third floor. The living area was huge and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I would recommend this hotel. The property owner should consider updating some of the kitchen utensils, as some were old and not properly cleaned by the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. The spaciousness was perfect for our large family, with two bedrooms and a lounge area that could easily accommodate everyone. The views from the huge windows were amazing, and we loved sitting in the tub chairs and watching the world go by. The apartment was generally cleaned well and had a modern and spacious bathroom. The location was absolutely epic, right on the corner of the main street and close to all the tourist sites and Edinburgh castle. The staff were also very helpful and looked after our suitcases on our last day.

We had an amazing stay at a modern, spacious and clean apartment overlooking the Royal Mile. The location was safe and close to everything, allowing us to walk everywhere and capture tons of photos. The first reaction from our family was simply epic. Although there were a few minor issues like a broken chair and a hanging curtain, overall it was a beautiful and comfortable place. The bathroom with the spa bath was a favorite highlight for everyone. The apartment had plenty of space for our family and we loved the view from the large windows.

The location couldn't be better, with all the main attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore the city and visit various restaurants and pubs in just a few minutes. Another great aspect was the spaciousness of the apartment, which comfortably accommodated our family. The living area and kitchen were particularly enjoyable, providing us with ample space to relax and prepare meals.

We encountered various issues such as a dirty roof vent, broken radiator covering, and kitchen cupboards that didn't close properly. we found lamps without bulbs, rendering them unusable, and even discovered used cotton buds on the bathroom floor.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and cosy. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect right at the Royal Mile. Good communication with the host for key collection.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and spotless apartment. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, and the staff, especially Miss Diane, were friendly and welcoming.

More breakfast choices would have been a great addition to the overall experience.
