The location of this hotel is fantastic, with Paddington Station just around the corner. It made it so easy to explore the city, as there were lots of transportation options available. The breakfast at the hotel was a real treat, with a lovely dining area and a delicious selection to choose from. The staff were extremely polite, professional, friendly, and attentive.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being centrally located and close to many attractions. It was also great to have the option of stairs or a lift for easy access to the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist me with anything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Paddington station, which made it convenient for transportation around the city. There were plenty of places of interest nearby, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. And let's not forget about the comfortable beds and well-designed rooms. a fantastic experience.

Our hotel was situated in a great location with easy access to Paddington Railway station and several tube stops. It was away from the busier touristy areas which was a plus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying with a variety of options available.

The service was inconsistent and we had some issues with cleanliness in our room.

I have stayed at Roseate House for 11 years and love everything about it. The staff is fabulous and the rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location is great for exploring the city and Hyde Park is just around the corner. The breakfast selection is excellent and they even cook hot breakfast to order. The new bar area is a welcome addition with a nicely done decor and a great snack menu.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always there to answer any questions I had. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic facilities provided. The location was perfect, with train and underground stations conveniently close by, making it easy to explore all the tourist areas. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served each morning - it was a great way to start the day!
