The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to popular attractions and great dining options. The staff is exceptional, providing friendly and knowledgeable service. The room was comfortable and luxurious, with attention to detail in its design. The breakfast offered generous and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel bar and restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience.

The expensive minibar prices, with items like a small packet of crisps costing €12.

The hotel was well-located for exploring the city center and had large and cozy rooms. the bar had a great atmosphere, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options to choose from.

Housekeeping didn't do a great job, and we lost an iPhone charger that they claimed not to have found. We felt let down as there was no apology.

From the moment we arrived, the staff here made us feel like royalty. the luxurious amenities, including the serene spa and wellness center, the indoor swimming pool and the bar/lounge area, exceeded our expectations. the full, body massage was an extraordinary experience that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the location was excellent and the breathtaking interior was a sight to behold.

While the restaurant offered exquisite cuisine, the in, room breakfast could use some improvements. this minor issue doesn't detract from the overall excellence of this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior design of the hotel. It created a sense of intimacy and warmth that made our stay truly enjoyable. The location was also excellent, with easy access to great shopping and dining options. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even communicating with us via What's App to ensure our needs were met. The breakfasts were delicious and the lounge areas were comfortable. We especially loved the cute indoor private pool. we highly recommend this hotel.

Although we had a wonderful experience, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We forgot an iPhone charger in our room and when we asked if housekeeping found it, the reception told us they did not.
