I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located apartment in Nottingham. The staff at Saco were incredibly helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an unexpected room upgrade. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had big comfy beds. I appreciated the extra touches like a pint of milk in the fridge and breakfast cereal provided. The on-site parking was reasonably priced, and I found it trouble-free and convenient for exploring the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nottingham.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center and vibrant bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views over the rooftops. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special mention to Bonnie and David for their excellent customer service. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The service provided by the staff was absolutely outstanding. Bonnie, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. She even called us the night before our arrival to make sure everything would be smooth. Her help and guidance made a huge difference, especially for my anxious autistic daughter and her sister. We felt like we were in our own little space instead of just one room, allowing us to move around freely and enjoy cooking and baking together. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including decent WiFi. Its location near the city center was extremely convenient for sightseeing and shopping. we had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

The serviced apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern appliances. The location was central, just a few minutes from the town centre. We especially loved having a living area to relax in, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen, and the heating kept us cozy throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, clean and spacious accommodation, and modern amenities.

The location was perfect for families, just the right distance from the town centre. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and supplied tablets. It was exceptionally clean with thoughtful little details. The beds were comfortable with crisp white bedding and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The experience was not entirely smooth sailing. We had a less than ideal welcome in our first room, with an overheated bathroom and a TV that wasn't working.
