The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail and finishing touches in the rooms were wonderful. The views of Skiddaw and the surrounding hills from our room were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. And the breakfast was outstanding, the best cooked breakfast we've had in a guest house.

We recently stayed at a wonderful B&B over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time! the hosts were so warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. the room we stayed in was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. We also loved the location, as it was centrally located and within walking distance to many shops and attractions. Another highlight was the beautiful garden, which was a great place to relax and unwind.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We can't wait to go back and stay again!

We also enjoyed the little added extras that made our Xmas stay even more memorable.

The only thing we can think of is that the parking area was a bit small, but we managed to find a spot without any problems. it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this guest house for a Xmas getaway.
