The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is situated in a very nice area and is easy to get to the tube station. It is also within walking distance to other touristy areas of the city. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with rich fabrics and paintings, and the beds were very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was well equipped with everything I needed.

The breakfast service was a bit patchy, and the tables around me in the small breakfast room were left uncleared while I ate.

An outstanding hotel with characterful rooms and exclusive amenities, located in a peaceful street with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us. The deluxe mini-suite was spacious, luxurious and furnished with extraordinary China. We enjoyed the delicious room service breakfast. The private terrace was a bonus, providing us with a superb relaxation area.

The attic room I had was cozy but not as advertised. I requested cutlery but it never arrived despite repeated reminders to reception.
