We had an amazing time in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the action. The Tube was conveniently located nearby, making it easy for us to explore the city. We spent a fabulous day visiting the Tower of London and then walked to The Tate Modern, all thanks to the hotel's central location. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable stay. The bathroom had a great shower, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast in the Gordon Ramsey riverside area was a delightful experience. We loved the variety of restaurants and drinking facilities available. our stay was outstanding.

The noise from outside could be disturbing, especially in the early mornings.

The Savoy team went above and beyond during our stay. They helped salvage my proposal plans and treated us like royalty. The gentlemen in charge was outstanding and made us feel welcome. The Gucci Suite tour for the proposal was amazing. The City Bar and Savoy Grill provided incredible service and delicious food. The comfortable king bed and great location added to the overall amazing experience. We will definitely stay at the Savoy again due to their attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at Savoy. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the doorman who took care of my luggage and guided me to the check-in area. Even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff kindly allowed me to store my bags and enjoy a cup of coffee while they prepared my room.

Although the menus were somewhat limited for vegetarians, the staff did their best to provide suitable options. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the showers and toilets not functioning properly.
