I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The spacious pool area and beach provided ample space for relaxation. The location, away from the college Spring Breakers and close to Playa Delfines, was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The recently renovated resort offers new rooms, restaurants, pools, and beach chairs. The beachfront location provides amazing views and is within walking distance to Playa Delfines and the local Mayan museum. The staff is friendly and attentive, with excellent English skills. The resort has a children's play center and the restaurants serve delicious food with a great selection of meat, seafood, and fresh fruits. The drinks are not watered down and they offer name-brand mid-shelf labels. The value for money is excellent, making it a top choice for families with kids. The beach and pool areas are great spots to relax, and guests can also access the neighboring Royal Islander premises.

Entertainment options every night and aqua fitness classes daily at the huge pool with bridges. Convenient hotel policy of using room key to pay everything, accessible to public buses to visit places in hotelera strip. Nice and clean beach.

We had a fantastic time at Royal Uno in Cancun! The location was great with plenty of activities and tours nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site amenities and entertainment were excellent. The food and drinks were amazing!

The resort offers a lot of amenities, such as free towels, snorkel equipment, tennis gear, kayaking and lagoon excursions. The white sandy beach is just down a few steps from the resort. Additionally, guests can find a variety of restaurants at a nearby sister company, the Royal Islander.

The hotel's timeshare meeting pitches can be annoying for guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing beachfront view from our room. Although, we had to switch rooms during our stay, the hotel staff made it a smooth transition. The pools were clean and we enjoyed the attentive service from the staff. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Royal and had a fantastic experience. The room had a great view of the ocean, and it was spacious and clean. I loved the amenities like the refrigerator, closet, safe, and microwave. Plus, the inclusion of kayaking was a nice bonus.

The room was small but nice, with a great shower. Daily cleaning and restocking of mini-bar. Updated facilities. The beachfront balcony was windy but enjoyable. Food was good with a variety of restaurants. Some friendly and upbeat staff. a recommended option.

I had a very relaxing stay at Royal Uno! The use of a key card for all purchases was such a relief as I didn't have to carry cash or a bank card around. The free shuttle between the resort hotels and selected restaurants was convenient. The sports and activities selection was great, providing plenty of options for fun and entertainment.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including beach beds and easy access to several stores on the Blvd. This made it convenient for us to enjoy our stay without too much noise around while relaxing in the pools or at the bar. The breakfast options were top quality, with delicious Mexican and western food available. The staff, particularly Daniel and Jesus, provided excellent customer service and were very helpful in planning activities and providing useful information about getting around.

The hotel is huge, new, and clean with modern and cozy furnishings. The beachfront corner room had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The spacious bathroom had both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, and there was a big assortment of toiletries. The food was amazing with a buffet offering a wide variety of beautifully presented dishes. Multiple bars and a café served different drinks and snacks throughout the day. There was entertainment every night, including a fun aqua fitness class. The all-inclusive bracelet was convenient and the WiFi worked well. The staff spoke English well and the beach was nice and clean.

The staff, including the cleaning team, waiters, and the chief of the Italian restaurant, were always positive, helpful. The hotel facilities were great, offering recreational activities like tennis and sailing. The spa and massage services were outstanding, providing a relaxing ambiance. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the location in downtown was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

We absolutely loved staying here! This place offers everything you could want for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, with crystal clear water right on the beach and easy access to local attractions. The service was amazing, with helpful staff available for car hire and 24-hour room service. We were impressed with the amenities like the shops, laundry services, and tours/ticket assistance, and the room had everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and even a terrace. The swimming pool was beautiful, with an aqua park and sun terrace, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the spa & wellness centre with massage, beauty treatments, and a steam room.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
