The value for money at Sharn Bek was excellent, with a great room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just off the Promenade between the Central and South piers. The staff treated us like family, with a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere.

Owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Had great conversations with other guests in the bar. Breakfast was quick, tasty, and satisfying. The hotel was clean, well-insulated, and had a charming decor. The room, en suite, and supplimentary heating were all clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the nice shower gel, soap, and towels provided. Will definitely be back soon.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, especially considering we had a disabled person with us. The room we stayed in was spacious and accessible, making it very comfortable for my sister. Another great aspect was the location. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and shops, making it easy to explore the area. the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only downside to our experience was the issue with the car park. We were given conflicting information about whether we could park there or not, which led to some confusion and frustration.

The rates for the rooms were really affordable and the owners were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, even interacting with our kids. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Plus, the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops.

The room temperature was unbearable. It was like a sauna in there and we had to rely on the fan provided by the hotel.
