I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location. It is centrally located near lots of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself is very traditional and gives a feeling of grandeur. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, and I loved having a coffee machine and ample water. The breakfast provided catered for all tastes and was very nice. The staff were friendly, and the porters went above and beyond to please me.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were fortunate to have a very clear day and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the city and Vitosha mountain from our balcony. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and it was extremely close to the bus station. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious and varied breakfast spread. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces.

Convenient Location with Great Service!

I recently stayed at Balkan Palace in Sofia for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, and public transportation. The reception staff were kind and helpful, even upgrading our room when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. I appreciated the gesture of complimentary water in the room. Despite the noise from the street and the daily wake-up call from the nearby church bells and musician, I enjoyed the charm and history of this beautiful old hotel.
