I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton. The newly renovated rooms were modern and comfortable, with convenient USB charging ports and smart TVs. The staff was warm and professional, making my stay enjoyable. The proximity to Heathrow airport was a great convenience for my odd-hour flights. I highly recommend this hotel.

The internet/wifi prices were quite high, and the lack of free wifi after the first hour was a drawback. Additionally, the parking fees were expensive.

Stayed at an airport hotel during Christmas and it was a great experience! the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and the option to open the windows for some fresh air. the hotel offered airport transportation, which was convenient, and for those who prefer a direct ride, taxis were available at a reasonable cost.

The only downside was the lack of plug for blow dryers in the bathroom. It seems to be a common thing in London, but as a lady who likes to blow dry my hair, it was inconvenient to have to use a plug in another part of the room without a mirror nearby.
