We were delighted with our recent stay at Shiray. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and served on time. We also appreciated the location, as it was close to the city center but still peaceful. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a small bathroom and limited WiFi, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided caters to individual needs. Parking is available, eliminating the stress of finding a space elsewhere.

One room in the basement had a damp smell, but we were assured it would be addressed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central pier and very close to the seafront. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right on my doorstep. The staff were phenomenal, always welcoming, kind, and hospitable. They couldn't do enough for me, and I instantly felt comfortable and at home. The room was immaculate, and I couldn't fault it. It was decorated beautifully and was so clean, with plenty of towels provided. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially appreciated the reserved parking space that I was able to get at a small fee. my experience at this hotel was amazing, and I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel had the best location right near all the pubs, close to the coast, and all the main attractions. It was just off from the front, making it an easy walk to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and park our car. The room was clean with fresh bed linen, and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast had a great selection and they even offered unlimited cereal and toast for the kids.

Stayed for the firework display with my daughter and granddaughter. Very welcoming owners, great contact before visit. Family room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Didn't bother going out anywhere else after as we felt so relaxed and at home in the bar area. Possibly my favorite place to stay. Don't tell anyone though ❤

Our stay at Shiray was fantastic! The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary continental breakfast. The hosts, Caroline and John, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with helpful information and even helped us secure a parking space. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby amenities. We loved the homely feel of the hotel, and our family of six was impressed with the spaciousness of our room, which had six beds.

Nothing negative to mention, everything was perfect.
