We had a wonderful stay at Westwood House, just perfect for our family of five. The family suite was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a clean, roomy bathroom. The thoughtful amenities, like a fridge with fresh milk and a coffee machine, made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

During our stay at this lovely townhouse, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. The suite had a stunning bathroom with a deep bath and LED lights on the mirror, creating a cozy ambiance. We enjoyed exploring the quaint town, with an art shop and a delicious Thai takeaway just a short stroll away. The tea facilities, fresh milk, and water in the room were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast area was well-stocked with a variety of options, including a delightful strawberry and champagne jam. The hot breakfast was outstanding, and the staff provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine. Parking was available nearby at a reasonable price.

We had a fantastic two night stay at this luxurious hotel for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the friendly host and were impressed by the immaculate condition of the place. Our room, located in the basement, was beautifully clean and had all the necessary facilities. The highlight was definitely the huge comfortable bed with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuring a great night's sleep. The modern and spacious bathroom was also a standout, with its spotless cleanliness and luxurious features.

This hotel is perfectly located on the high street, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions in the city on foot. The rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with great shower facilities. The service provided by the hosts is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast served in the morning is delicious, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, yoghurt, nuts, and seeds. The hotel also offers facilities such as a fridge with fresh milk, iron and board, and even homemade biscuits on arrival.

There is no on-site parking available. However, there is a public car park within a short walking distance, which may be a bit inconvenient for guests with heavy equipment.

our stay at westwood house was even better than our previous time in dorchester. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was the best we've had at any b&b. the attention to detail in the room, including the nespresso machine and fresh milk, made it feel like a home away from home.

I recently celebrated my first wedding anniversary with a two-night stay at the immaculate Westwood House. Tom, our host, was welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully clean with a huge, comfortable bed and a modern, spacious bathroom. The extensive breakfast menu offered a fantastic choice, including delicious homemade granola and fruit compote. The location, right in the center of town, made it easy to explore the shops and attractions. one of the nicest places I've ever stayed, with excellent hospitality and a great location. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Great central location, delicious breakfast with an array of jams and perfect poached eggs. Our room was upgraded and we loved the deep bathtub and LED lights in the bathroom. the tea, fresh milk, and fridge in our room made our romantic escape even more enjoyable.

No onsite parking was a drawback, although the nearby car park was reasonably priced. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this cozy and conveniently located hotel.
