My recent stay at Shirley Heights was wonderful. The location of the property was perfect, close to all amenities and a short walk from the seafront. The rooms were lovely and fresh looking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The owners, Andy and Graham, went above and beyond to make our large family feel welcome and taken care of. Despite having a lot of children with us, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay at Shirley Heights again. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Shirley Heights Hotel. The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The family room we stayed in was a good size with two comfortable double beds. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and it had a lovely aroma. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cooked-to-order items as well as cereals, yogurt, and fruit. The location was central, with easy access to the promenade and attractions. The WiFi in the rooms worked well and the amenities provided, such as biscuits and hot drinks, were a nice touch. If we visit the area again, we would certainly book another stay at Shirley Heights, and we highly recommend it to others.

Arrived early and room was ready, lovely little room with plenty of storage. Owner helped us find free street parking. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, close to the shopping center and nightlife. The hotel is clean and tidy, with cozy rooms and thoughtful touches. We can't wait to return and will definitely recommend it to others.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel boutique. La propreté était impeccable et nous pouvions demander à faire nettoyer notre chambre à tout moment. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient excellentes et nous avons apprécié le parking gratuit. De plus, le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Ils nous ont fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin sur les transports et nous ont également préparé des sandwichs pour notre petit-déjeuner matinal. L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans la vieille ville était idéal, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité, et nous pouvions facilement rejoindre la plage à pied. We had a fantastic time at Shirley Heights! The owners, Andy and Graham, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We also loved the great location, just behind the Sealife Centre and close to everything we wanted to explore. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Shirley Heights to anyone looking for a friendly, spotless, and fantastic place to stay in Blackpool.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff. the hotel was located in the heart of the city which made it easy for us to explore the area without worrying about transportation.

The hotel was outdated, and the decor was dull. the towels were provided only once during the entire stay, which was inconvenient.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable considering the central location and the quality of the rooms. Speaking of which, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The comfy beds, hot powerful shower, and the facility to make hot drinks made my stay all the more enjoyable.

All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Shirley Heights for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. Derek and Amanda went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. They even surprised my son with a birthday celebration, complete with a cake, presents, and decorations. The family room was clean and comfortable, providing enough space for the four of us, and it was impressively quiet. The breakfast was excellent, serving a delicious full English that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was convenient and the value for money was great. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning.
