The B&B is located in a lovely little conservatory at the back of the house, providing a stunning view of the Sydney Gardens. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast served is delicious and varied, with options like warm croissants, jams, cereals, and a full English breakfast. The B&B is situated in a very quiet area of town, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Some of the furniture and carpeting could use an upgrade, but this minor issue does not detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had an amazing stay at 95 Sydney Place B&B. The building itself is charming and the location is great. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely view. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hosts were very welcoming. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our accommodation. the house was absolutely stunning, with beautiful period features that made us feel like we had stepped back in time. the hosts were fantastic, providing us with a wealth of information about the local area and giving us great recommendations for walks and tours. the breakfast served in the charming conservatory was delicious, especially the homemade breads. the location of the property was perfect, just a short walk from the city center with its plethora of bars, restaurants, and pubs. We also loved the fact that our room overlooked a park, which made for a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere.

While we had a fantastic stay overall, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. it would have been nice to have a lock or latch on our room door for added privacy and security.

The location was ideal, with a pleasant walk into the centre and stunning views of Bath's Georgian architecture.

There were no locks on the room doors, which made us feel a bit uneasy.

The hotel also had a charming dining bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded my expectations.

Charming Georgian B&B with knowledgeable hosts. Cosy, inviting atmosphere and well-decorated in Jane Austen style. Convenient location near park, museum, and canal for walks into town. Parking available. Lovely breakfast in the conservatory.

The breakfast options were very limited, with no choice available. the room did not have a shower or a TV, and the bed was uncomfortable with a lumpy mattress. the carpet in the room was stained. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided, and the door to the room had no lock, making it easily accessible to anyone. I would not recommend staying here.

The only positive aspect was the hotel's location, which was within walking distance to the town. However, this did not make up for the numerous shortcomings of the hotel.

We stayed at a B&B in a quiet residential area, very close to the city centre. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the art museum and the bustling city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning conservatory overlooking the garden. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hallway lights didn't work on our last night, which made navigating the stairs a bit challenging.
