The location of the hotel is fantastic, with just a 10-minute walk into the town center of St Ives. It was convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to rely on transportation. The bed and bedding provided in the room were extremely comfortable. It made for a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in, the Brunel suite to the rear, was very spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the bar area. I particularly enjoyed the sofa area in the bar, it had a great vibe to it. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was superb, as it was close to relatives I was visiting.
