The hotel said it was an authorization hold, but that’s ridiculous for a $297 room. Plus, the place was dirty, moldy, and the pool was completely green. Total disappointment.

Fantastic location with a super easy walk to the beach. Comfy beds and pillows, plus a nice kitchenette! Loved the free coffee and fresh popcorn all day. Rooms had a mini fridge, microwave, and a cozy seating area. The lobby was perfect for hanging out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the fitness center!

Beautiful hotel. Impressive design and tasteful decor. The seasonal pool and outdoor seating were highlights. significant issues marred my experience. The breakfast options left much to be desired. I encountered several maintenance problems, like a broken elevator and a malfunctioning ice machine. The pool closure mid-stay was frustrating, particularly with smoking in the area. One major concern: an unexpected $348 charge post-stay. Conflicting explanations from staff regarding this charge raise red flags about their practices. the staff were polite and helpful. A clean property with comfortable rooms amplified the experience. If they can address these issues, it could truly shine.

the air conditioning in our room was a bit of a nightmare - it sounded like it was going to take off at any moment. Not the best for a good night's sleep, I can tell you that much. And the bed in our room really needs an upgrade. The springs were so squeaky, it felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline! Not ideal. But on the bright side, I absolutely loved the kitchenette in the room. It was so handy to have, especially for making a quick breakfast in the morning. And can we talk about the pool for a second? It was a decent size and never too crowded, which made for a relaxing swim. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I also really appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary beach ball and frisbee for the kids - it made them feel so special. One thing that really irked me was the pool lift situation. It wasn't working, and it seemed like no one really knew how to fix it. Plus, kids were treating it like a diving board, which was just plain dangerous. my stay at Hotel Alice had its ups and downs, but the friendly staff and convenient location definitely stood out to me. Just a few tweaks here and there, and it could be a top-notch stay!

This hotel is just across the street from a beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy long strolls along the shore while soaking in the fresh ocean air, and it’s surrounded by amazing nature spots like the Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and the North Carolina Aquarium, both just a short drive away, which allows for even more exploration. The hotel has fantastic amenities like a clean pool area, spacious rooms, and friendly staff, but the entrance could use better lighting at night for easier access.

We raged at the pool, hit up the beach non-stop, and cruised through the country club like bosses. The staff were epic and the hotel chilled AF. Plus, the double-decker bus tour in Beaufort was off the charts fun!

Would've been even wilder with a lit rooftop bar to keep the party vibes going all night long 🎉.
