I had a truly memorable stay at this castle hotel. The rooms were exceptional, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I also loved the picturesque surroundings and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was tailored to my liking and featured delicious local produce. this hotel exceeded all my expectations.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we had an amazing stay at Sneaton Castle. The medieval vibe and stunning surroundings created a truly unique and memorable experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like we were staying with friends. The gardens were beautifully maintained and worth exploring. The bespoke breakfast with local produce was a delightful start to the day. the facilities and ambiance were fantastic, exceeding our expectations.

We stayed at Sneaton Castle for one night and it exceeded our expectations. The receptionist warmly greeted us and gave us a tour, showing us the history of the castle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, and the building itself is a fabulous historic gem. The food in the restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. Our suite had stunning views of the countryside and was truly luxurious. We will definitely make Sneaton Castle our go-to place whenever we visit.

A fantastic hotel experience. Wonderful location, incredible rooms, and a fab setting. Exceptional staff and service with genuine care in every single thing they do. The bar staff took time and care to make fantastic cocktails, the check-in staff were welcoming and made you feel like you were staying with a friend, and the breakfast ladies were wonderful. One of the best breakfasts we've ever had, with their own little twist. Cannot wait to come back.

The room was beautifully renovated with thoughtful, quirky touches and original features. The staff were wonderful and made us feel like VIPs. The food, especially the ham hock eggs Benedict, was top quality and locally sourced. The location was conveniently close to Whitby town centre.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that the rooms were nicely decorated. The breakfast provided a large variety of choices, including cereal, fruit, and multiple cooked dishes. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, providing excellent service with a smile. The hotel had ample outdoor seating, allowing us to enjoy the lovely gardens while dining at the on-site Tractor restaurant.

The reception was welcoming and the room was clean. The evening meal and breakfast had good variety. a great value for a break. Planning to return for our anniversary and considering it as a wedding venue.

Nothing not to love.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, from storing our bags before check-in to remembering our breakfast preferences. the hotel's location was convenient, with parking available and an easy walk into town. We also enjoyed exploring the grounds, which were stunning.

The lighting in the bathing area could not be dimmed, which detracted from the atmosphere. There were no coat hooks in the room, and the limited wardrobe space made it difficult to store our belongings.

The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes, and the breakfast, featuring local produce, was absolutely outstanding.

the staff were happy, kind, and genuinely eager to assist us. the rooms were beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. the food portions were generous, always hot, and delicious. the location was excellent, with a lovely walk downhill into town. the castle itself had loads of character and had been sympathetically restored. the staff were exemplary and a credit to the owners. We absolutely loved the ornate finishes in our room, and the shower was fantastic. it was a wonderful experience.
