No key required, just a good memory or a photo of the code to enter. Fantastic central location with nearby shops and restaurants. Very close to a major station and hop on hop off bus stop. The room was clean, had free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a good AC. The room was beautifully decorated, classy, with blackout curtains and a separate luggage storage room. The hotel overlooked a beautiful park, newly refurbished, with a great bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to transport and eateries.

Almost perfect! Just a minor issue

The staff were always there, ready to provide information at the reception. I felt like a VIP with all the check-in details and follow-up from management. And the free WiFi was a nice touch, even though I spent most of my time in the beautiful Norfolk square.

Who needs breakfast when you can listen to the rumble of the subway every 5 minutes? It's like having your own personal alarm clock!
