The staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was new, clean and close to the beach and town. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was great. The pool area and roof terraces were lovely.

It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The daily cleaning service ensured that the hotel was spotless and well-maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at Ig Nachosol Atlantic & Yaizasol by Servatur in Puerto Rico. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from my room's balcony. I could see the hills, the bay, and even the Atlantic ocean! The suite I stayed in was clean, bright, and felt like a home away from home. Despite a few minor issues like no bathroom ventilation fan and poor quality shampoo, the overall experience was delightful. The hotel's location was close to Puerto Rico and Amadores Beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Samuel who checked me in. I would definitely recommend this 4-star hotel with 5-star service! my stay was wonderful and I would gladly return to Ig Nachosol Atlantic & Yaizasol by Servatur.

We spent a wonderful Easter break at this hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the bay and easy access to the beach and shopping center. The cleanliness of the entire place was impressive, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The staff was always helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home.

While we enjoyed the breakfast, the cooked-to-order hot food could be slow to arrive and may not suit those with a large appetite. We also found the lack of a bar facility between 5-7pm disappointing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to both Puerto Rico and Amadores Beach. Guests can easily access the beach and enjoy their time by the sea. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the harbor area, despite the presence of some steps.

There were some minor issues reported by guests. For instance, some guests mentioned occasional problems with the room doors not being soundproofed enough, allowing noise from the corridor to disturb their morning peace.
