The location was perfect, right by the sea front and directly opposite the spa theatre. We enjoyed the entertainment provided by the nearby pub on Friday night. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of options for pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and shops nearby.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired.

The delicious breakfast, including cereals and refillable juices, is the perfect start to the day. the hosts provide valuable information about local attractions and points of interest.

As a family, we had a fantastic time at this guest house. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including tea, coffee, biscuits, and plenty of bedding and towels. The location was superb, with beautiful views overlooking the beach and the Spa theatre. We particularly loved the full English breakfast, which was cooked to perfection and served in a lovely dining area. The price we paid for our stay was an absolute bargain.

Our Easter break was amazing! The service was extraordinary, as they made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start. We especially liked the big, clean and comfy room, with a great view to the sea. The breakfast was another highlight, all really delicious and varied. And the location was perfect - we could easily walk to the beach and explore the nearby attractions.

We really had an amazing time and there wasn't any problem that we didn't like. The only thing that could have been better was the bathroom, which was quite small.
