The rooms were absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby! The hotel had great tea facilities and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Another great aspect was the excellent location, it was so convenient to explore the town and nearby attractions.

The room temperature, it was a bit warm for the mild weather. Opening the window let in a lot of noise from traffic and late-night partygoers, which disturbed our sleep.

I had a lovely stay at Spire View At The Galleon Steakhouse. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and I enjoyed having both a bath and shower option in the bathroom. The large TV in the room was a nice touch. I also appreciated the hotel's central location in the middle of town, making it convenient for exploring Chesterfield. The restaurant looked inviting, and I enjoyed a drink there. my room was great and provided good value for money.

One drawback was the noise from the road outside, especially since I am a light sleeper. However, my partner didn't notice it, so it may not be an issue for everyone.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious and clean Tissington room at Spire View. The funky decor, including the Mccoo cow, added a fun touch to the ambiance. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the town center, making it convenient for us to explore. We had a great weekend getaway. The room décor was up-to-date and elegant. The best part was the location, very convenient for visiting the nearby Peak District.
