We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, with a great Indian restaurant just down the road and the local Coleshill shops close by. Being next to the airport was so convenient for our early flight. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The free toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel had great leisure facilities, including free Wi-Fi and free parking. the customer service was top-notch and we would definitely recommend this place.

As a solo female traveler, it was a much nicer experience than staying in a hotel. the hosts were extremely accommodating, even offering to prepare a bacon sandwich for me when I couldn't make it to breakfast on the first morning. the room was clean, tidy, and well-presented, with everything I needed for my short stay. the breakfast menu had something for everyone and was exceptional, with the hosts going above and beyond to ensure a great meal. I was so impressed that I've already booked for my next business trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the NEC or the area!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent, especially for our kids. The location was convenient, just minutes away from the airport without feeling crowded. We were thrilled with our stay at Springfield House. The location was ideal, with easy access to the airport and just a short taxi ride to the NEC. The friendly owners even offered an in-house taxi service which made getting around a breeze. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely touches like hot chocolate and slippers. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We also loved the fully stocked fridge on the landing. The overall service was excellent, making us feel right at home.

Great Location and excellent cleanliness. the hotel is very close to the airport and it's easy to get there. the room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was really good and we really enjoy the variety of options available.

Limited parking. Although the location of the hotel is great, there isn't much room for parking.

Under new ownership, the hotel did not meet expectations. Full payment for the stay was demanded upon arrival, which was unusual.

I also appreciated the shuttle service provided by John and Louise. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
