The breakfast at St Giles House was absolutely delicious! They had a great selection of food and even accommodated my dietary restrictions. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. I had a fantastic dining experience.

As backpackers, we loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the charming city of Norwich. The hotel's stunning Edwardian building, filled with beautiful rooms and period details, added to the overall experience. The free residential parking in the spacious car park was a great bonus. The breakfasts served in the nice Art Deco style lounge were delicious, with options ranging from full English to continental and even healthy vegan choices. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

Our romantic escape in this hotel was amazing. The food was excellent and we loved the terrace with swing music. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all attractions. The big luxurious bathroom was our favorite feature, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bath salts and chocolates.

We found a few negatives during our stay. The service at breakfast was slow and often not very attentive.
