We had a fantastic stay at the friendly and comfortable hotel. The family room was spacious and clean, with proper beds for the kids. The homemade Portsoy ice cream from the nearby shop was delicious. We were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic location of the hotel. Our breakfast was tasty and the service was great. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Station Hotel in Portsoy. The location was perfect, surrounded by historic buildings and statues. The hotel itself, built in the 1800s, was beautifully restored. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Plus, the full Scottish breakfast provided a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The first impression was great with a welcoming receptionist and a clean room with a comfortable bed and neat shower room. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and is centrally located for visiting coastal towns, beaches, and golf courses. The hotel even provides a helpful booklet with tourist attractions and transportation options.

Nothing that I didn't like.

the staff were excellent and attentive, providing great customer care and service. the room was comfortable and met our needs, with attention to detail in the accommodation. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the option of having lunch and dinner at the hotel. the hotel owner even went out of her way to arrange taxi transport for us to a wedding in a nearby town. a great stay with a great staff in a great location. We will definitely be staying again.

The value for our money at Station Hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a lovely view from the window. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights could have included more variety, like continental options or sweet choices. The only setback was the delay in serving coffee, which also lacked options for customization.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel was cozy and intimate which made us feel welcome. the staff were all friendly and efficient, always with a smile and eager to help. We learned a lot about the history and culture of the area, and the food was amazing, especially the salmon for breakfast. the location offered breathtaking views and was perfect for a painting break!

The noise from the road could be heard sometimes, although this didn't disturb us too much. the pillows were a bit hard for our liking, and our room was located next to a wall that could be improved for soundproofing.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The prices were very reasonable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the rooms were great and everything was spotless and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to walk our dog and explore the beautiful coastal villages. The breakfast had a good variety and we definitely plan to return.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was ok, but there is room for improvement. The rooms had everything you'd expect from a good quality hotel, but the floors were incredibly squeaky which made us hesitant to move around at night.

Great Atmosphere! ! the location was perfect for shops etc. the staff could not do enough for you. Our room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable had a great night's sleep. the boat festival was on and the town was just buzzing with different nationalities, it was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great value for money, with very reasonable prices. The staff are attentive and provide great service. The rooms are comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and adjustable temperature control. The location is perfect, situated on the first floor with a view of the beautiful Moray Firth. The breakfast is delicious, especially the lovely bacon and there are options for decaf coffee.
