We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the river in a picturesque area of town. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and taking in the beautiful views while enjoying a welcome drink. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we were able to bring our furry friend along on our trip. The room itself had all the necessary amenities, including heating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy carpeted floor. The dining options were great, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and even a snack bar for a quick bite. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Quirky decor in room, clean bathroom with big towels and free toiletries. Powerful, hot shower. Sunday lunch very good, but a bit pricey. Server forgot a dish but manager apologized, deducted it from the bill, and offered free coffee/tea. Lovely bar and dining areas. Friendly, non-intrusive staff. Great location near river pathway and town access.

I recently stayed at Timbrell's Yard for a night with my two children. The location was perfect, right next to the beautiful River Avon and just a short walk to the train station. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant at the hotel, Timbrell's, was fantastic. We had a delicious meal there and the breakfast in the morning was also very good. it was a wonderful stay in a stunning location.

Stunning views over the river from our upgraded mezzanine room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the Bramley products provided a luxurious touch. The bar had a buzzing atmosphere and the food in the restaurant was really good. a great find in the heart of town.

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The breakfasts were delicious and the Sunday Roast was a highlight. The added bonus of free parking at the nearby train station was a great convenience.

Amazing Xmas stay in a great location! Loved the cozy and cool room with air conditioning and blinds to keep out the heat. the all English breakfast was delicious, with the option to mix and match the menu. Enjoyed the delightful evening meal, especially the rump steak and amazing dessert. the bar facilities were first class, and the short walk to the nearby train station made it easy to explore the area.

Attention to some details needed. Limited milk for hot drinks in the room and ventilation was a problem, especially in the mezzanine area.

The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor in the room added to the luxurious feel. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal or drink. The snack bar was also a convenient option. the staff were not only friendly and accommodating, but they also provided genuine hospitality throughout my stay.

timbrell's yard in bradford-on-avon blew us away again on our recent visit! the location is fabulous, overlooking the river. the decor is tasteful and modern with unique touches. the staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. we had a comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. can't wait to stay again!

More storage space for clothes would've been helpful.
