had a fantastic stay at a charming guesthouse in carlisle. the helpful staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. the building itself was worth a visit. now i know what to expect, i would stay here again.

During our Christmas stay, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The two-course evening meal was delicious and offered several options to choose from. the breakfast was lovely and satisfying. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, being close to local attractions and amenities. The parking facilities were plentiful, which was convenient.

The heating system did not come on until later in the morning, which left us feeling a bit chilly during the night. the emergency light in the room was very bright and kept us awake.
