spacious and modern apartments, self-catering facilities allowing meal preparation, effective noise control

Poor maintenance issues need addressing!!! The kitchen lacks proper utensils, and the hot water availability is limited!!! Additionally, noise from the street is disruptive, and shower facilities need redesigning to prevent water spills!!!

The flat was warm and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere during our stay. The location was a significant plus, with a plethora of shops, restaurants, and great coffee nearby. However, the misleading descriptions regarding the river view were disappointing, as none of the apartments offered that feature. Additionally, the room we received on the third floor lacked an appealing view, which affected our overall comfort while inside. The staff, however, were commendable, handling challenges gracefully and ensuring we felt supported in a difficult situation.

The kitchen was well equipped! Staff provided exceptional service, even coming to assist us at 3am!

Lack of appropriate kitchen utensils was frustrating. Shower design made it difficult to use comfortably.

i had a great 3-night stay at staycity aparthotels! the one-bedroom apartment was impressively comfortable with a washing machine, microwave, and even an air purifier. the bed was cozy, and i loved the big bathroom with excellent hot water pressure. the location was perfect, close to attractions. the staff was professional and quick to solve my minor issues, which was really impressive.

i do recommend.

We specially appreciated the washing/drying combo in our apartment, which was a lifesaver after our days of exploring the city. The easy access to public transport was another highlight, making it simple to explore Old Town. Overall, a fantastic stay!
