I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel itself was clean both inside and outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room felt up to date. The hallways were also clean and unobstructed. Additionally, the hotel allowed pets and I was impressed with how clean the facilities were considering this. The location was perfect for my needs as it allowed me to easily visit nearby attractions such as the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. There were also plenty of food options in the area.

I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn in Georgetown for two nights while on a business trip. The front desk staff, especially Annalise, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hotel's policies, like the option to check in early for a small fee and the pet-friendly policy without extra charges. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pillows. Pool and bathroom by pool entrance were well-maintained. Staff member Ethan provided helpful information and allowed us to choose our floor. Good value and easy parking access.

The staff was great! Lisa was very helpful. Nice facility with good parking. Room entry doors on the inside felt safer. Wood grain linoleum flooring was clean and odor-free. Stand for the suitcase was convenient. Big TV, microwave, and fridge in the room. Elevator was a plus.

Easy interstate access; nearby restaurants; pet-friendly; exceptionally clean room; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom with tub & shower; friendly & helpful staff; Ethan recommended best travel time & route; reasonable price. Highly recommend for overnight stay. Will return when in the area.

Plus, having a microwave and fridge in the room was very convenient. The location was great, with plenty of parking and amenities nearby. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose Red Roof Inn again.

No complaint

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. the hotel had free parking and Wi-Fi, which was a bonus. the location was convenient, with a McDonald's and a gas station within walking distance. the entrance and check-in area had a modern and updated feel, which was visually appealing. There was also a coffee bar and fresh water available 24 hours, which was a nice touch.

There were some downsides to my stay. the noise level in the lobby area and hallway was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Two clean rooms, friendly staff, large bathrooms. Convenient location, close to everything. Fresh-looking facility, spacious room with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV. Effective AC, not too noisy. Pet-friendly and affordable.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the helpful staff and well-maintained facilities at the inn. The parking was convenient and I felt secure with the room entry doors being on the inside. The wood grain linoleum flooring was a nice touch, as it was clean and odor-free. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a stand for my suitcase, a big TV, a microwave, and a fridge. The elevator was a bonus as well.

It would be nice if they offered breakfast coupons or discounts since breakfast is no longer included as an amenity.

Clean room, good rate, nice area right off I64. Staff was excellent and very helpful when needed. Felt safe in and out of room. Didn't eat breakfast but McDonald's next door.

Bed sheets had hair in them, the comforter on the bed had stains on it, and the floor had hair balls on it. the toilet had urine stains below the bowl and the shower still had conditioner/shampoo on the walls.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a great bed for a restful sleep. The bathroom had a large tub and shower, and the hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access from the interstate and restaurants close by. The hotel allowed pets for free, which was a plus for us. this hotel provided a great experience at a very reasonable price.
