This hotel is located in a beautiful area of Stone, surrounded by a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the large comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom had been recently refurbished and was tastefully done. The hotel also had a lovely garden, adding to the overall charm. Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the nice quality ingredients used, except for the cereal, which could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the surrounding area and is within walking distance of the town center. The property and grounds are beautifully maintained, with good facilities. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable. The food at the hotel is excellent, with a menu offering a variety of options from jacket potatoes and sandwiches to steak and pasta. The breakfast is also very good, although the staff did struggle a bit with keeping the buffet replenished.

As backpackers, we enjoyed the convenient location and free parking at Stone House Hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The cozy and recently revamped rooms provided comfortable accommodation. The hotel's historical main building added to the charm of the property. We also appreciated the use of the small swimming pool. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic Indian food, possibly the best we've ever had.

The location of the hotel was great, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions. the Xmas party we attended was fantastic, with great entertainment and a delicious breakfast the next day.

There were a few issues during our stay. the bathroom in our room was a bit outdated and the extractor didn't work, causing the room to become steamy.

I was allocated a ground floor room near reception, which was perfect for my mobility issues. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with carrying bags and opening doors. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastic and provided a refreshing start to my day. it was a lovely and accommodating stay.
