We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B! Claudia, the host, was phenomenal and provided excellent hospitality. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the nearest train station, with trains leaving every 30 minutes to Victoria station. We also appreciated the nearby grocery shops and the two awesome pubs, "The Railway" and "The Bull", which were within walking distance. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

There was no milk available in the room for making tea or coffee. This was a small inconvenience, and it would have been nice to have some provided in the shared kitchen.

Close to train station, helpful and accommodating staff, excellent location for meeting others in Streatham, good breakfast, clean room with snacks and beverages, daily cleaning of room and bathroom.

I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, crisps, and biscuits. the bathroom was clean and I appreciated having my own. the location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the closest train station. the breakfast spread was generous and Claudia even cooked eggs and baked fresh croissants. I felt right at home.

The host made me feel welcome and took the time to engage with guests. the newly decorated rooms and adjacent kitchen/breakfast area were exceptionally clean. the breakfast selection was wide-ranging, including cereals, bread, preserves, and delicious homemade brownies and muffins. the location was on a quiet road, just a few minutes' walk from the train station with trains taking only 20 minutes to reach the city center. Nearby, there were also buses to all parts of the city.
