Le petit-déjeuner était excellent avec un large choix de plats. De plus, le parking privé était très pratique. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. La situation de l'hôtel était également idéale, proche du centre-ville et dans un quartier tranquille. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, being close to the tube station and within walking distance of restaurants and markets. Additionally, the friendly AirAgent named Lewis provided great assistance during the stay.

The bathroom lacked a heating option, which was quite inconvenient during the colder months.

Excellent location near tube station, stylish and clean apartment, high standard of finish, secure and quiet building, well-equipped kitchen with toiletries provided.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The complementary Nespresso coffee and mini kitchenette were nice perks during our city break. the location was key with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. We also enjoyed the central cooling system which helped us sleep comfortably during the warm weather.

The room lacked basic necessities such as tea, coffee, and sugar. the shower was also poorly designed without a place to put our toiletries which made the entire bathroom wet.

The studio was light, airy, and clean with a smart TV. The location was excellent, with easy access to the tube and restaurants. Good facilities including a microwave and hairdryer. The self-check-in process was straightforward.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints at all.

The property at The Knaresborough By Aura Collection was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room was surprisingly spacious and offered a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay and were even able to arrange a late check-out when we couldn't extend for an extra day.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic, being very close to Earl's Court underground and within walking distance to the train station and shops. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with an oven facility, which was convenient for cooking meals.

I appreciated their quick responses to my emails, even on a Sunday. the location of the aparthotel was fantastic, with Earl's Court underground station just a short walk away. the area around the hotel was safe and filled with great dining and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again!
