Lovely big bath: The bath was so spacious; I felt like I was soaking in a mini swimming pool!

It was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, almost like having my own personal spa retreat within the room. Cons: Breakfast charges felt high.

We felt like VIPs staying at a celebrity hangout. the spa treatments were on point, and the entertainment options were lit! Best weekend ever!

Wish there were more late-night party options for us night owls. More activities to keep the party vibe going non-stop would make it a dream destination for us young, wild, and free souls!

Carrie-Ann's exceptional customer service stood out. the value for money was excellent, offering a luxurious stay at a reasonable price. the lift to the 5th floor added a touch of fun to the experience. As for relaxation, the spa and wellness facilities were a highlight, enhancing our enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like the Casbah Coffee Club and Croxteth Hall and Country Park provided opportunities for family bonding and exploration, adding to our overall experience.

The room was super spacious, felt like a mini apartment. Perfect for lounging around after a day out exploring. As a budget traveller, I appreciated the extra room to stretch out.

Didn't quite enjoy the uncomfortable beds, but others might still find them okay.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed, and the beds were uncomfortable. the room upgrade for my wedding stay was a lovely surprise by Compass Hospitality. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

I love staying here! They helped me with suitcases first time. Has Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, Bar, Restaurant, Fitness centre. Perfect with Air conditioning, No smoking, Wheelchair access. Can't wait for my next stay! .

I particularly appreciated the ability to book spa treatments separately by calling the spa team directly, ensuring a personalized experience.

The breakfast experience was disappointing.

The hotel had great facilities, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The pool was amazing and the location was convenient for visiting the Walton Centre. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
