the view from our balcony was stunning, giving a nice sense of tranquility. the check-in staff were rude and unhelpful during our arrival.

What a memorable stay! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed aboard the yacht. Our Classic King room with Dockview was spacious, offering breathtaking views of the water. Breakfast was delightful with excellent options, truly a highlight. The warm lounge bar made for cozy evenings, adding to the wonderful experience we cherished during our three nights here.

Consider reserving your breakfast spot in advance to avoid long waits and ensure your preferred table setting. The hot food might take time to replenish.

Stunning views but breakfast needs serious improvement.

the views from the classic king room were amazin, really loved that! the yacht itself is super cool and gives a unique experience. The lobby is gorgeous with the big chandelier. the bartenders were nice even if they were a bit overwhelmed. afternooon tea was great, especially with the champagne. location near city airport was a plus, made gettin around easy!

but service at the bar was chaotic and we waited way too long for our drinks. brekkie was kinda average and not worth the price we paid.

for the price I paid, the room temperature was stuck at 25 degrees, which and made me feel sick, yet no room upgrade offered. the half-cleaned breakfast table was a joy, and I would’ve thought they'd at least give me a complimentary gesture for my troubles. I almost considered a good review but just couldn't. absoluteley disappointing.

The beds are SUPER comfy, and the breakfast offers a wonderful variety to kick-start your day! We loved the warm and powerful showers in our spacious room with stunning views! !

We had a fantastic group vacation, enjoying drinks while watching planes take off at the nearby city airport. The location was great, just a short walk to Custom House tube station. Breakfast was decent, and our room had nice views. I'd recommend it for the unique experience and vibes.
