Lovely hosts, delicious breakfast, beautiful farmhouse and surroundings, highly recommend for a relaxing countryside getaway.

I recently stayed at Sweetwater Farm in Cornwall for a relaxing weekend getaway. Jeremy and Jill, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens to explore. Despite being only a short drive away from the busy town of St Ives, the farm is incredibly peaceful and quiet. The single room was spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a tranquil escape that's still close to all the action.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect for a romantic escape, tucked away in the countryside with beautiful views.

The signage leading to the hotel could be improved, as it was a bit difficult to find without GPS. the creaky floorboards made us feel a bit conscious of disturbing other guests, but it added to the charm of the place.

The hotel's location, nestled in beautiful surroundings close to the coast, provides a tranquil and picturesque setting. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Jeremy who made sure our vegetarian dietary needs were met during breakfast. Furthermore, the clean and comfortable rooms, with the added extras of towels and tea/coffee, made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel's parking facilities were plentiful, and even though taxis were not available at night, we were able to walk back from the nearby town without any issues.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Sweetwater Farm. The breakfast was delicious, with Jeremy going above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian diet. Jill was also extremely accommodating when we arrived late for check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with towels and tea/coffee provided. The shared bathroom facilities were great, and we had no issues sharing with other guests. The location was beautiful and quiet, with ample parking and stunning lakes on the property. we had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The location was simply amazing, surrounded by beautiful gardens and set in stunning surroundings. The owner's expertise in decoration made the place feel old-fashioned and cosy, giving it a home away from home atmosphere. The room was spacious and the bathroom had classy furniture, designed for comfort and relaxation. The friendly family who run the place made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay. Jeremy, the host, was not only a great cook but also a fantastic host, making breakfast a delightful experience. The sociable dining setup allowed us to meet and chat with other guests, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

sweetwater farm bed & breakfast in st ives exceeded my expectations. the hosts were welcoming and the property was beautiful, with lovely gardens and views of the moors. breakfasts were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed. highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.
