The location was perfect, right on the seafront and within walking distance to the town centre. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the private car park at the rear of the hotel, it made parking hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay at Swn Y Mor. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. the sea views were stunning and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town and train station. Chris and Steven were wonderful hosts and we can't wait to book another short break here. the only thing to note is that there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for disabled guests.

The view from the third floor is lovely, overlooking the sea.

Some of the public areas could use a little updating and felt a bit dark and disjointed.

my recent stay in llandudno was great, but this time at swn y mor was even better. the staff were welcoming and made me feel right at home. the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. and the location was perfect for me working at the theatre. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss.
