Our stay at the hotel was incredible value for money. The room, a King Deluxe Junior Suite, was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a luxurious bathroom. The location was great, just a short walk from St James's Park, and the staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would be to have more variety of pastries and baked goods.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to key attractions and amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities.

The furniture in the room was worn and in need of replacement. the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent and difficult to control.

Had a fantastic stay celebrating our birthdays. Amazing suite upgrade, large and clean. Unbelievably friendly staff. Attention to detail and added extras were very good, like the birthday cake and balloons. Breakfast selection and staff were lovely. Valet service was great. Ideal location to explore. Staff made our milestone birthday special with a bottle of prosecco.

The rooms at Taj 51 are spacious and beautifully decorated, making you feel at home as soon as you enter. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary supplies and equipment. There are plenty of plugs available for all your devices. The location is excellent, just around the corner from Buckingham Palace, making it a great base for exploring London.

Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and got upgraded to a spacious Kings Deluxe Junior Suite with a kitchenette. Bathroom was also spacious. Fruit, Prosecco, and Indian breakfast were lovely surprises. Afternoon tea, happy hour, and spa experience were all great. Exceptional staff made our stay memorable. We had a fantastic time during our stay! the spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a separate living room and small kitchen was perfect for our family. the service was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. We also loved the convenient location, just a short walk to famous landmarks and close to public transportation.

Although we had a wonderful stay overall, the lack of multiple elevators in the King's Suites was a slight inconvenience, especially for those with mobility issues. It would have been more convenient if there were service elevators available.

We got great value for our money with an amazing upgrade to a fantastic suite. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like royalty.

Morning meal could use a bigger selection of options.
